David and Steve are not only outstanding electrians, but delightful people to have in your home - so critical with a large-scale and stressful renovation. In my case, relocating both the kitchen/laundry and lounge to different rooms, with many electrical problems to solve in a 127yo building. They made it a breeze.

Hands down the best experience I've had with an electrician ever. I had an urgent electrical issue that needed solving when some tradies cut power to the top floor of my house. I called IES and Steve turned up within ~45 mins. The tradies tried to avoid responsibility but Steve from IES was able to politely and assertively challenge them at every step. It became very evident that the tradies were wilfully trying to avoid responsibility, but with Steve's help, I was able to gather enough evidence to prove that the tradies had caused the issue.
Steve offered multiple options to get the lights back on. We ended up going with the cheaper option, even though the tradies had to pay, as it was less disruptive for us.
Steve and IES were amazing throughout the entire process. They were quick to arrive, super professional, and provided expertise which allowed us to prove the tradies were trying to screw us over. The end result was that we saved a bunch of money. IES are now my go-to electricians.

I needed to upgrade my electricity supply for a new installation of solar panels and battery. Immediate electrical services were as good as their words. They came promptly and solved my problem within the hour. I would highly recommend them, and I certainly will be using them again.

These guys were excellent to deal with from start to finish, they installed 5 ceiling fans, changed a faulty power point and fixed an outdoor light, they clearly take pride in the quality of work they provide and were happy to look into any issues we raised. Definitely use these guys again in the future.

I can’t recommend Immediate Electrical Services highly enough. Prompt, reliable, clean and extremely polite and courteous! I had a number of faults that needed to be resolved including replacing a transformer for a down light, replacing hob lights, replacing the light switch in the bathroom and checking the cabling for faulty data ports. All of the work was completed in a super-efficient and timely manner, and the areas were left clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for the IES team and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Very lucky to have such reliable and trustworthy tradies right on my doorstep.

After all of the storms, I came home to find I had no power at all and a fridge/freezer full of food. I called Immediate Electrical and had them on my door step at 9.30 at night, reassuring me that they could help me. I had power on in no time and they came back the next morning to complete the works. Very professional, knowledgeable electricians and their rates are more than reasonable. Highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them.
